Work Order Job Assignment
The Work Order Job Assignment frame is a query frame that allows you
to see who has been assigned to what jobs as well assign jobs and resources
to Unit, Department,
and Component
work orders.
Selection Criteria:
- Unit/Dept/Comp - Enter
the Unit, Department or Component number or double click in the field
to select on from the list of values (LOV). NOTE: if you enter a number
in this field, you will not be able to enter values in the MCC, Tech
Spec, and Asset Class fields.
- MCC - Enter or select a
valid Maintenance Class Code (MCC) from MCC
Main.
- Tech Spec - Enter or select
a valid Tech Spec number from Tech
Spec Main.
- WO/WR Location or WO/WR Location
Group - Enter or select the work order or work request Location
or Location
Group.
- Job Location - Enter or
select the job location.
- Employe Number - Must be
a valid employee from the Employee
Main frame.
- Group - Enter or select
a valid Employee
Group.
- Unit Current Location -
This location is the value in the Current field on the Dept/Locations
tab of Unit Main
in the Unit Locations section.
- Type - Select 'All' jobs,
'only 'Unassigned' jobs, or only 'Assigned Jobs'.
- Job Code/Partial Job Code
- Select Job Code or Partial Job Code from the drop down and then
enter the code or select one from the list of values.
- Job Reason - Enter or select
a valid Job
Reason.
- System Code - Enter or
select a valid System
Code.
- Parking Space - Enter or
select a valid Parking Location.
- Priority - You can also
filter by job priority. Enter a valid priority value.
- Resource Type - Enter or
select a valid resource type from the Shop
Planning Resources frame.
- Open Date Range - You can
select a range of dates for when the work order was opened.
- Status (flags) - Check
any that apply - 'Work Request', 'Open', 'Completed', or 'Closed'.
After you have entered your desired selection criteria, click the 'Retrieve'
button to display the query results.
You can change/adjust the Priority on the job, Est. Hours, Remaining
Hours, the Assignment, and then Resource. The Number field is a hyperlink
that links to either the Work Order or Work Request for the job.
When finished making changes, click the Save button at the top of the
frame to update the records.
