Administering your fleet management system is a very important job. Your organization may have several people who are responsible for setting up and maintaining codes, flags and other core information integral to the running of your fleet.
In many cases, the people who are responsible for planning how your organization uses FleetFocus M5 are not the ones who actually enter the information into the system on a daily basis. Regardless of who in your organization is responsible for managing your system, there are three basic steps for a successful implementation of FleetFocus M5:
Plan how you are going to use FleetFocus M5
Build your database (data conversion and table loading)
Verify your data.
To ensure the accuracy, quality, and value of your FleetFocus M5 data recording/tracking and reporting mechanisms, it is imperative that your organization puts the proper amount of time and effort into practicing meticulous system administration and management prior to going live with the system for daily use.
The below resource guide is intended to lead you through this process and to provide suggestions for such decisions and development as is needed to effectively and efficiently implement FleetFocus M5 for your organization.
