Interface and Screen Names

The Interface and Screen Name frame allows you to manage the various interfaces that will display on Interface Manager. System Administrators have the ability to disable interfaces and change their display names. Templates used by inbound interfaces can only by modified by the M5 Support Group.

Use the search criteria section to quickly narrow down your results and find the specific interface you want to edit faster.

To make changes to a display name for a particular interface, click in the Display Name field and type a new display name over the existing one. You will not be able to edit the display names for disabled interfaces. Click the Save button at the top of the frame to update the record.

If you want to disable a specific interface, check the 'Disabled' flag at the end of the row for the interface you want to disable. Click 'Save' when finished. The interface will no longer display on the Interface Manager frame. To enable an interface, uncheck the Disabled flag at the end of the row and click 'Save'.
