The Work Order Close frame allows you to search for and close Work Orders in a 'Completed' status. You can filter on a variety of selection criteria including: Unit/Department/Component/Work Order Number, Location/Location Group/Login Location, Job Exception, and a Work Order Completion Date Range.
You must at least enter a date range to run this query. After entering your selection criteria, click the 'Retrieve' button to run the query. The list of Work Order records that match your criteria will display on the i-frame below.
Each record includes the Work Order Number (hyperlink) and corresponding Unit/Department/Component Number, Close Date (will fill in with the current date once WO Close flag is checked), WO Location, WO Status, Job Code, Labor Hours, Labor Cost, Part Cost, Comm Cost, and Notes.
To close a work order, check the WO Close flag at the beginning of the row and click the 'Save' button at the top of the frame.
Note: The same work order number may have multiple records for each different job on the work order. If you check the close flag for one, the other records will automatically check off as well.
To run a different query, click the 'Clear' button in the Selection Criteria section to clear out your existing filters. Enter new selection criteria and click the 'Retrieve' button again to display the new results.
