Physical Inventory Create Count

The Physical Inventory Create Count frame allows you to manually create count sheets and select the specific parts that will be counted as a part of your physical inventory process.

To create a count, click the 'New Phys Inv ID' button. Your Location will automatically default to your current login location.

From the Method drop down, select a count method. Your options are: Bin, Cycle Count Days, Cycle Count Date, Commodity, ATA System, ATA System/Component, Cycle Code, Part Number, Seasonal, Unit Cost and Value Amount.

Depending on the method chosen, options to select are 'All', 'Specific', and 'Range'. If selecting 'Specific' or 'Range' as the method, you must enter specific values in the next step.
