The Booking Decline/Cancel Codes screen allows you to create and define reason codes to explain why a Booking Appointment was declined on cancelled. To enter a new code, enter a value in the Code field. This field only allows for one alphanumeric character.
Next, enter a description for the code. This field has a limit of thirty alphanumeric characters. To designate a code as either a 'Cancel' or 'Decline' code, check the appropriate flag next to the code.
Note: Codes are allowed to have both the 'Cancel' and 'Decline' flags checked. They do not necessarily have to be one or the other.
When finished, click the 'Save' button at the top of the screen. To disable an existing code, check the 'Disabled' flag and then click the 'Save button. You can only delete existing codes provided they are not in use anywhere in the system.
