The Unit Hierarchy frame is used to view the current Owning and Using Departments for a particular unit as well as the hierarchy within your company structure as defined on the Org. Hierarchy tab of the Department Main frame.
To view Unit Hierarchy information, enter a Unit number in the Unit Information section or double-click in the field to select one from the List of Values. Press tab or enter to load the Owning Department Information and Using Department Information.
The information is displayed in a read-only format. The Org Level Titles and Org Level Values are setup and maintained on the Department Corporate Hierarchy frame and assigned to departments which carries down to the units when they are assigned Owning and Using departments.
